✅ Abhik Dutta
Abhik Dutta was born on July 6, 1987, in the city of Kolkata, West Bengal. He studied at South Point High School and went on to complete his higher education in Bengali Literature at Jadavpur University.
Deeply inspired by the works of Rabindranath Tagore and Tarashankar Bandyopadhyay, Abhik began writing short stories during his college years. His storytelling is often rooted in urban melancholy, memory, and socio-political undercurrents. Apart from fiction, he has contributed to several literary magazines and edited multiple anthologies.
In his personal life, Abhik enjoys long walks through North Kolkata’s alleys, collecting rare Bengali books, and engaging in addas with fellow writers and readers. He believes storytelling is a form of preservation—of feelings, time, and forgotten voices.
