At MatriBhasa.com, Local Pickup lets you order and pay for your books online, then collect them in person instead of having them delivered to your address.

How Local Pickup Works:

  • Choose “Local Pickup” as your delivery option at checkout.
  • Our pickup points are locations where we drop off your books for collection — in some cases a dedicated drop-off point, and in some cases the book’s own publisher.
  • Please allow 2 to 3 days for your order to be processed and packed.
  • Once your order is ready, we will notify you — there is no need to call ahead.

Collection Guidelines:

  • Orders must be collected within 10 days of the “Ready for Pickup” notification.
  • If you are unable to collect your order within 10 days, please let us know in advance by writing to [email protected].
  • Converting an order from Standard Delivery to Local Pickup after it has been placed does not qualify for a refund.
  • Packaging for pickup orders (bags, wrapping, etc.) is at the discretion of the local pickup point.
